Meningioma Presenting as Ischemic Stroke: Case Report and Review of Literature

Meningioma presenting as ischemic stroke is very rare. We report a case of left medial sphenoid wing meningioma with cerebral infarction due to occlusion middle artery (MCA) in 36-year-old female. discuss the incidence, pathophysiology, management and review literature intracranial stroke.
